Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling At present we only ship within the UK.

A Standard Delivery charge is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire) and are usually delivered in 1- 2 working days.

Items ordered before 3.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Public Holidays should be delivered the next working day, anytime up to 5.30pm (Assuming that the item is in stock). Every effort is made by ISOMicro UK Ltd and Interlink to achieve this for our customers although the standard fee does not guarantee this.

Orders placed after 3.00pm, Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will normally be dispatched the next working day.

Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by Interlink. You must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home) you will be left a card and you should call to arrange for delivery at another time. Interlink will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 3 days. If your parcel is not collected within 3 days it will be returned to ISOMicro UK Ltd. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less £14.99 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return
delivery charges back to ISOMicro UK Ltd.

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it or you require further information on your delivery please contact us via email to sales@isomicro.com. We will contact Interlink and call you back to let you know what's happening within a few hours.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail: sales@isomicro.com within 2 days of delivery.
Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 1 business day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK standard VAT at 17.5% is applied.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy ISOMicro UK Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Returning Unwanted Items:

If you change your mind about your purchase and want to return the goods, you can do so provided you request your RMA within 7 days of receipt.

The goods must be in 'as new' condition when returned. 'As new' means the goods have not been opened, are returned in the same condition as originally delivered, are in fully saleable condition, with all seals intact and the packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.

Once we have received the returned goods we will issue a full product refund. Carriage costs for despatch and returning the goods are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the goods are not in an 'as new' condition.


Faulty products in the first 30 days:

Please contact Linksys Product Support on 0800 026 1418 to obtain a case reference number confirming a fault. Then contact us to raise an RMA, giving us a description of the fault, together with the Linksys' case reference number.

Where the goods are faulty we will refund to you the reasonable return shipping costs you have incurred, based upon the Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service Rates.

If the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement unit or offer a refund.


Faulty products after 30 days:

If your product develops a fault after 30 days from delivery you must contact Linksys Product Support on 0800 026 1418 who will arrange for the collection and repair or replacement of your faulty goods.

You have enclosed all accessories and instructional booklets
The product is in its original packaging
You have clearly displayed your RMA number on the outside of the parcel
You have clearly displayed our full address
That the package is securely sealed

Failure to do this may result in your parcel being refused by us when delivered.
